I retired from the IT industry a few years ago and took time to reflect on what I missed—and didn't miss—about my career. Helping clients solve issues was at the top of the "what I missed" list. Conversely, the impersonal nature and inconsistencies of commercial rideshare services were among the experiences I was glad to leave behind. So, in my retirement, I decided to launch my own private scheduled ride service, specifically designed to improve on those negative aspects by delivering personalized customer ride experiences.
